BROUWERSGRACHT.

De Brouwersgracht in de Jordaan is een schilderachtige gracht met 17e–18e-eeuwse pakhuizen, smalle bruggetjes en een verleden als opslag- en brouwersgracht. Pakhuizen werden woningen en ateliers; met woonboten, keienkades en bomen bleef de oude sfeer, aangevuld met galerieën, cafés en privéstudio’s, een mix van industrieel verleden en modern stadsleven.

By car

Our studio is located at Brouwersgracht 246h in the heart of Amsterdam. Parking directly next to the studio is very limited, but there are several parking garages and paid parking options within a short walking distance.

Recommended nearby garages and options:

  • Q-Park De Klanderij (Korte Leidsedwarsstraat / Leidseplein) — about 10–15 minutes on foot.

  • Q-Park Vivaldi (Leidseplein / Leidsebrug) — about 10–15 minutes on foot.

  • Parking Oosterpark (Oostenburgergracht area) — about 12–18 minutes on foot.

  • Parking Centrum Oosterdok (near Central Station) — about 15–20 minutes on foot; convenient if arriving by public transport.

  • APCOA Parking Damrak / Bijenkorf-area garages — about 15–20 minutes on foot.

  • Street parking with paid zones (use ParkMobile or equivalent) — check local rules and times; short stays are sometimes possible in side streets, but watch for permit areas and maximum durations.

Tip: check current availability and rates in advance via the parking garage apps or websites. From the listed garages or parking zones you can usually reach Brouwersgracht 246h on foot within 5–20 minutes depending on which option you choose.

Public transport

From Amsterdam Centraal: take tram 2, 12 or 13 toward Zuid and get off at Spuistraat. Walk 2 minutes southwest on Spuistraat to the corner of Elandsgracht — our atelier is on the left.

From Sloterdijk or Zuid: take metro 50 to Isolatorweg, change to tram 12 at Amsterdam Lelylaan and ride to Spuistraat/Elandsgracht.

Buses 21 and 22 stop at Spui; walk 2–5 minutes along Spuistraat to Elandsgracht.
